This week's topic: How do you decide what books to read?
I look for interesting descriptions. And the covers shouldn't be too cheesy. I also try to vary my books and instead of just devouring all the books I'm dying to read, I also make myself read something that I might like before I can read the one I really want to read.
Let me know if you're a new follower in the comments and I'll follow back!
I put off reading books I'm desperate to read too! The book has to have an interesting description!!

Here's my FF!
I think it has something to do with it feeling even more like a reward. Reading is already a reward, but then I get to read something I've been looking forward to it and it's even better!
DeleteI love finding books that have interesting descriptions. I really like how you decide to read new books. Great answer! Thanks for stopping by my FF post and for the follow! :D

Thanks for following!
DeleteI totally judge books by their covers and add anything with a book synopsis that sounds interesting! (:

Here's my FF!
I sometimes feel bad for judging a book by its cover, but I have to have some kind of criteria...
DeletePretty and cute covers definitely catch my attention. :)

Fathomless Reveries
Sometimes I just want the cover to have the title on it and nothing else. No people. Sometimes I like people on the cover, though. I really don't like having the movie cover of book, but have bought a few because they were cheaper and I was broke.
DeleteI always need a good description on the book to get me interested.
ReplyDeleteThanks for following my blog, I'm following back on twitter :)

The description is super important. I wish I had all the time to read--every day, all day--and then I wouldn't have to be so picky.
DeleteDescription are a big factor for me as well :) nice response, new follower :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Reading.
Maura @ Monsterofbooks.blogspot.com
I try to base my decision more on this than other things....doesn't always happen though!
DeleteLOL on reading something else before the one you really want to read. Delayed gratification. I do the same thing sometimes. New follower via G+ and Twitter.

It makes it that much better! Finish reading this book, which is okay, so that you can read the last book in the series! :)
